Starline Multitrade was built on discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of trade in The Gambia.

Founded by Assan Lewis, the company began with a clear principle: quality must never be compromised for convenience. From livestock selection to seafood delivery, every part of the operation is grounded in hands-on experience and careful sourcing.

Assan’s background in husbandry shaped the foundation of the business. Travelling long distances across regions, he personally selects sheep, goats, and cattle to ensure strong breed quality and healthy stock. This direct sourcing model has built trust among buyers who rely on consistency, particularly during key seasons such as Tobaski.

As demand expanded, Starline grew into fish, poultry, and wholefoods, developing a supply model tailored for hotels, restaurants, wholesalers, and export partners. Investment in high-capacity refrigeration and dependable logistics protects product integrity from source to destination. Whether ocean-fresh seafood or processed baobab and moringa for export, quality control remains central.
